I am a designer because I have done lot of design courses . This is something I have done in addition to just being a real estate agent. Not only this, I am a known roofer of the city as well. All the major city building is being created by me. Because of all this, I have become quite successful today.

My recent work is actually about a new governmental housing society at the outskirts of the city. It is a big project and involves not only houses creation however we have to build hospital as well as shopping complex also. There will be around hundreds of houses.

It is a project of almost four to five years. It might take even longer. So, in order to gear up the things, I have hired few more roofers and designers in order to finish the task in time. I along with my team of designers have been working on layout plans.

The solidified concrete base along with solid pillars has been made by us. All the required construction material and stuff has been bought to construction site. The terrace will have eco- friendly roofs. 

The building that we are creating right now is a high rise building and it has many floors. We have green roof for the terrace however for the internals we will be having concrete and solid structures

We shall be going for the asphalt made flat roofs for the hospital and shopping complex. However internals and cabinets will all be made of wood. Other than this, ventilation in the roofs and other areas like flashing will also be done in order to make it airy leak proof.

We have been doing things at the fastest speed and we are also getting good support from higher officials as far as money is concerned. The roofers on board have been showing great results constantly and have been working under my guidance. It is my hard work because of which I got such a huge opportunity.
